Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is entitled to hold exactly one account. You may not open, operate, or benefit from more than one account, whether directly or through a third party. tk778 employs technical detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tk778 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify tk778 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2.6 No Corporate or Third-Party Accounts. Accounts must be registered in the name of the individual player. Accounts registered in the name of a company, trust, organisation, or any entity other than a natural person are not permitted. Accounts operated by or on behalf of a third party — including accounts funded by a third party's payment method — are not permitted.

Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement. tk778 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a mandatory component of responsible and compliant platform operation.

3.2 Documents Required. When prompted to complete KYC verification, you must provide clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)

3.5 Consequences of Failed Verification. If a player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal verification request, tk778 reserves the right to suspend the account. Any real-money balance held in the account at the point of suspension will be returned to the original deposit payment method after deduction of any applicable charges, provided the method can be confirmed as belonging to the account holder. Bonus funds will be forfeited.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by tk778 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this agreement when a bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus-derived funds are not available for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonus offers carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been completed by the expiry date will be removed from the account without notice.

5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The tk778 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address applies. tk778 actively detects and prevents bonus abuse by individuals attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. tk778 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds — and to close accounts — where there is reasonable evidence that a player or group of players has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements while incurring minimal financial risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

5.6 tk778 Right to Withdraw Promotions. tk778 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively participating, any real-money funds deposited in connection with the promotion will be unaffected. Unclaimed bonus funds will be removed.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the tk778 platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules. 6.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events. Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on that event will be declared void and stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. In-play bets placed and matched before the point of abandonment may be settled differently — specific rules are set out in the Sports Betting Rules document.

6.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, bet, or transaction, tk778 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet. tk778 is not liable to pay out winnings that result from a technical error in game software, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction. Any such payouts made in error may be reclaimed by tk778 regardless of subsequent account activity.

6.5 Final Settlement Authority. tk778's decision on the settlement of all bets and game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Clause 13 of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk778 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or navigate the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed

7.2 Consequences. Where tk778 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, tk778 reserves the right to: immediately suspend the player's account; withhold and forfeit any balance in the account pending investigation; permanently close the account; and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

7.3 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to tk778, other than in cases of genuinely unauthorised payment, is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, tk778 reserves the right to suspend the associated account, offset the disputed amount against any withdrawable balance, and pursue recovery of the disputed sum through available legal channels.

Intellectual Property

8.1 tk778 Content. All content on the tk778 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation of all content — is the property of tk778 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The tk778 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary to tk778.

8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk778 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the tk778 platform without express prior written consent from tk778.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. tk778 aims to provide a continuously available platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or due to circumstances beyond tk778's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events. tk778 will not be liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability.

9.2 Gambling Losses. tk778 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. 9.3 Indirect and Consequential Loss. In cases of confirmed fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct, tk778 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including real-money funds — and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

12.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. tk778 will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳50 per month. Any remaining balance will continue to be held and is recoverable by the account holder upon re-activation, subject to KYC requirements.

Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Dispute Resolution — First Step.
